It is a 3850m2 facility (less than 15 years old)  pre-cast concrete, on a 5.5 stremma piece of land.  It’s a AAA storage building, and we built it ourselves.

We’re interested in selling it.  Market value pre-greek crisis was about 2.5 million.  Today’s numbers have it at around 1.5-1.7 million.

It’s now rented to a logistics company, at 10,000 / month.  The contract ends Dec 31, 2021.
